RECIPE - BREAD MIX
Ingredients - 1 packet Monica's Bread mix, 2 tbs. vegetable oil, 10g Himalayan Salt, 7g dried yeast, 40g sweetener (optional) 480ml water and 4 egg whites (145g)
Note: Egg whites are optional (You could use FLAX EGGS or CHIA EGGS) see below
Instructions - Preheat oven to 170C and line an 18cm. cake tin with baking paper. Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl. Add the oil and water and whisk until smooth. Pour into the cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
