RECIPE - SWEET MUFFINS
Ingredients - 1 packet Monica's Muffin Mix, 750ml Coconut cream (Min 22% fat) 200g Coconut sugar, 150g chopped dried or fresh fruit.
Instructions - Combine all the ingredients, the mix will be quite thick. Spoon into 12 muffin papers. Bake at 170C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for a minimum 1 hour before eating to allow the texture to develop.
